Held at the racecourse itself, parking is free of charge.

The Promotion

One £5 Free Bet will be credited to each paying attendee to Sky Bet’s York Preview Evening. We will not credit a 3rd party account if they are not in attendance.

In order to enter the promotion, attendees must provide full account details to dedicated Sky Bet agents on the evening. Free Bets will be credited to customers’ accounts within 24 hours of the event finishing.

The Free Bet will be credited to qualifying Sky Bet accounts upon the Promoter successfully verifying (with evidence satisfactory to the Promoter) the winners age, identity, residence and other requested verification and security information.

Participants who have been excluded from previous promotions run by the Promoter (including in relation to Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker or Sky Bingo) will not be eligible to receive the Free Bet.
 
Use of the Free Bet

The Free Bet is non-withdrawable. There is no minimum odds for the use of the Free Bet and the Free Bet may be used on all markets.

There is no alternative to the Free Bet and unless agreed otherwise in writing by the Promoter the Free Bet is non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
The Terms

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions are or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
